About Us
Robyn and Carolyn are proud owners of their family home. Our permanent residents are Jessie and Jade our dogs who are de-sexed ladies, Jack the cat is the de-sexed man of the house and the fish, who we are not quite sure about ! we all get along just fine.
Equal Balance Bed & Breakfast is a moden 2.5 year old home, with a "3.5 AAA Star Rated" pet friendly property with exceptional hosts and we include a menu selection of breakfast foods to start your day.

The easy way to find us, is the Busselton bypass road, look for our bed and breakfast sign and turn into Clydebank Ave, our Bed & Breakfast is on the corner of Clydebank Ave and Lancaster Drive, look for the "Equal Balance Flag" or in the evening the "Green light over the frog pond."
Equal Balance is 3 kms to the main shopping area and 3.5 kms from the beautiful coastline and Busselton Jetty.
